• Your personal transactions (marked as personal)
• Your personal recurring transactions
• Your Firebase authentication account

🔒 What WILL NOT be deleted:

• Group transaction history (preserved for other members)
• Shared expenses you were involved in
• Your account record (marked as inactive)
• Group data and other members' information

🔄 Recovery: Group owner can reactivate your account if needed.

• ALL group data (transactions, members, categories, stores)
• All personal and shared transactions
• All group member accounts and data
• Your Firebase authentication account
• Complete group history and records

❌ What WILL NOT be preserved:

• No transaction history
• No member information
• No group data

💡 Recommendation: Transfer ownership to another member instead of deleting your account.

Our settlement system automatically calculates who owes what to whom based on your transactions. Settlement permissions are smart - you can only settle debts that involve you, unless you're the group owner.

Individual Debt Settlement

Group Owner

Can settle any debt between any people

Debtor

Can settle debts they owe to others

Creditor

Can settle debts owed to them by others

Month Settlement

Only group owner can settle entire months

Marks all unsettled transactions as settled

Resets balances for the selected period
